At DPF MaxCare, we take pride in offering top-tier diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaning services. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives high-quality results and a professional experience. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of your DPF cleaning service, please contact us. We’ll review your case promptly and aim for a fair, transparent resolution.
💰 When Is a Refund Possible?
- The DPF was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.
- The service was not delivered as described or confirmed in writing.
- Your appointment was cancelled by DPF MaxCare and no suitable alternative was offered.
- Payment was taken in error.
Please request a refund within 7 days from the date of service and include:
- Your full name and contact details
- Invoice number
- Brief description of the issue
🚫 When Refunds Are Not Available
- The DPF was damaged before or during removal by a third party.
- The filter was completely blocked and irreparable (and this was communicated beforehand).
- The customer missed the appointment or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Incorrect vehicle or filter information was provided by the customer.
🔁 Service Reattempt
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free re-cleaning depending on the technician’s assessment of the situation.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
📦 Shipping & Returns
If you shipped your DPF to us, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable courier. DPF MaxCare is not liable for lost items during transit.
