At DPF MaxCare, we take pride in offering top-tier diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaning services. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives high-quality results and a professional experience. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

🛠️ Our Commitment

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of your DPF cleaning service, please contact us. We’ll review your case promptly and aim for a fair, transparent resolution.

💰 When Is a Refund Possible?

  • The DPF was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.
  • The service was not delivered as described or confirmed in writing.
  • Your appointment was cancelled by DPF MaxCare and no suitable alternative was offered.
  • Payment was taken in error.

Please request a refund within 7 days from the date of service and include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Invoice number
  • Brief description of the issue

🚫 When Refunds Are Not Available

  • The DPF was damaged before or during removal by a third party.
  • The filter was completely blocked and irreparable (and this was communicated beforehand).
  • The customer missed the appointment or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • Incorrect vehicle or filter information was provided by the customer.

🔁 Service Reattempt

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free re-cleaning depending on the technician’s assessment of the situation.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

📦 Shipping & Returns

If you shipped your DPF to us, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable courier. DPF MaxCare is not liable for lost items during transit.
